Worklist - Work orders

Worklist

Description

With this module, booked work sequences or work orders can be listed. By default, only the open work sequences/work orders are displayed, but this can be changed to a display of already completed work sequences/work orders via a setting in the options.

If you select a workstation or a production area, the still open work sequences/work orders of these production points are displayed: you can see the still open work list of a production point.

It is also possible to display all work sequences based on a customer order, warehouse order or advance requirements. This gives you the production workload or workload related to an order.

The list can be compiled and filtered in various ways. This module can therefore also be regarded as an information and control tool within the production (e.g. in the production control or at master stations), e.g. for individual work sequences the production documents can also be printed out directly or times can be reported back (see context-sensitive menu per entry).

Functionality

List window

Via the toolbar it is possible to navigate to different accounts and master data.
Orders can also be created for external work sequences.

External work sequences must be handled via the procurement process of the disposable purchased part. See topic extended workbench.

: : Customer order Here you can select a sales order to display its work sequences. The other restrictions (e.g. selection of the work center) are taken into account in the listing.
: : Sales order item Individual items of a sales order can be selected (also via drag & drop). Further restrictions (e.g. selection of work centre) are taken into account when listing.
: : Stock order Single or multiple items of a warehouse order can be dragged and dropped into the list window.
: : Advance requirements Single or multiple items of a preliminary requirement can be dragged and dropped into the list window.
: Operations (context menu) -
: : Print production order The production order is printed for the sequence of operations selected in the list.
: : Change Resource This function is only possible in the workstation list. If times have already been booked to the work step, no other resource can be assigned to it.
: : Extended workbench
: : : Extend requirement coverage request Extends the requirement request opened in the background by additional requirement requests for each selected sequence of work. This function is reserved for external work sequences.
: : : Create requirement coverage request Creates requirement coverage request items from all selected external work sequences below a newly created requirement coverage request
: : : extend order Extends the order opened in the background by an additional order item. A separate delivery schedule is created for each selected work sequence. This function is reserved for external work sequences.
: : : Create order Creates an order item from all selected external work sequences below a newly created purchase order. A separate delivery schedule is also created here for each work sequence.
: : : Zinc coating The wizard for processing external galvanising is called up. It allows you to quickly create all the steps required for the order in one go. Orders for the order rolls are created on the work sequences and own supplies of the production parts for which the work sequences have been broken down. It is also possible to quickly adjust the date and quantities of all work sequences in this window.
: : Progress of production For the selected list entry the production progress is displayed in a separate window to check the status of the work.
: : Supply chain management (SCM) The SCM module is called up for the selected list entry to check the availability of the required material (missing parts).
: : Production data acquisition (BDE) -
: : : Feedback time Depending on whether one or more work sequences have been selected in the list, either a window for recording an individual time or a window for recording the reported total time for the selected work sequences opens. In the case of a collective message, the total time is distributed proportionally over all the work sequences. The module for PDC recording is called up.
: : : Change status A new status can be set for all selected work sequences.
: : Navigate -
: : : Production order The corresponding production order is called up from the sequence of operations selected in the list.
: : : Primary order/orders
: Form subtotals According to the options set, the list is output with subtotals.
: Check -
: : Unrecorded differences All logged off PDC hours of all work sequences in the system are checked for unrecorded differences, i.e. whether the sum of the recorded PDC hours matches the value that was added up on the work sequence as logged off. The work sequences with differences are displayed here.
: : Incorrect processing times All currently open work sequences, i.e. all those with status unequal to "completed", are searched to see whether the difference in working days between the end and start date corresponds to the scheduled lead time. If this difference is smaller than the lead time, the corresponding work sequence is displayed.
After filling out the list, 6 new columns will appear on the right hand side of the list:

1) Planned lead time of the individual AFO in days
2) Difference in working days between end and start date of each AFO
3) Difference between these two, is the reason for the display!
4) See 1), but added up for all AFOs of the corresponding production order item
5) See 2), but added up for all AFOs of the corresponding production order item
6) Difference between 4) and 5)

Fields
Field Description
Mission Entry of a customer order number. Other types of orders can be selected via the "Order" button.
This field is only active if a selection by job number is selected as an option.
Barcode Input of the barcode of a work ticket. If the work sequence is found, it is added to the list (if not already listed) and selected.
Workplace Choice of workplace
List -
Urgency The column indicating the urgency of a job is the one where the yellow and red exclamation marks are displayed.

exclamation_red.png The red exclamation mark stands for the fact that the disposable inventory of the part to be produced will go into the negative if the production order is not completed.
exclamation_yellow.png The yellow exclamation mark indicates that the disposable stock would fall below the minimum or reorder point.

The check can be controlled via the options. For example, the period of the review to be controlled can be limited so that requirements in 5 years are ignored, etc.

Total target time of selected entries The total target time of all displayed or all selected entries. After a search for a workstation or order, the total target time is displayed in this field. If entries are then marked with the mouse, only the total target time of all marked documents is displayed

Fields
Field Description
Selection
: Selection -
: : By order number If this option is set, a job number can be entered, for which - depending on the further option - all or still open work sequences are output. If a work centre or a production area has been selected as a further restriction, only the work sequences of the order in this work centre or in this production area are output.
: : After start truck With this option, a selection of work sequences to be displayed is made according to the respective startKW of a work sequence.
: Resource -
: : Machine
: : workplace A workstation can be selected in the list window. Only work sequences of the selected work centre are listed. If no work centre is selected, the work sequences of all work centres are displayed.
: : Production area A production area can be selected in the list window. Only operating sequences of the selected production area are listed. If no production area is selected, the operating sequences of all production areas are displayed.
: : Working group
Additional selection

Changing any of these options will rebuild the list.

: : Only open/running work Here you can determine whether you want to have already reported work sequences displayed as well. Here it is advisable to make a further selection according to startKW (see above), which can otherwise result in very long lists.
: : Suppress work sequences with zero times In the past, work plans often contained work sequences of a purely informative nature. In such work sequences, mostly only textual explanations for the production process were entered (routes, production instructions, etc.), the set-up time as well as the piece time was zero.

With this option it is possible to filter out such work sequences from the list without time specification.

: : : Only work sequences with completed previous work sequence This means that only work sequences are displayed whose all previous work sequences in the work plan have been completed.
Subtotals
: by appointment If this option is selected, the two input groups "Event" and "Event grid" open, according to which subtotals are to be created.
: : Date -
: : : Start date AFO Output of a totals line per start date of the work sequences.

Changing this option will re-sort the list.

: : : End date AFO Output of a totals line at the end date of the work sequences.

Changing this option will re-sort the list.

: : : End date part Output of a total line as per end date of the part (=end date of the last work sequence).

Changing this option will re-sort the list.

: : Schedule -
: : : Week The calendar week is determined from the respective set date (start and end date) and then added up.
: : : Month The calendar month is determined from the respective set date (start and end date) and then added up.
: : : Current date A first/last current date is determined from the respective set date (start and end date) and then added up.
: Total order (first order) Output of a total line per (first) order.
: Total number of jobs Output of a totals line per workstation.
: Total sum Issue of a final sum.
Schedule control
Here the options are set for the column that indicates the urgency of the production document.
: Date determination Some of the documents registered in the dispo account also have a time span as date. The specification strict, medium and soft determines whether the actual date should be moved to the beginning, the end or to the middle of this time span.
: Type of undercutting Here you can determine which types of undercutting should be taken into account. If, for example, ONLY the checkbox for the negative stock level is set, only red exclamation marks can be set in the list, yellow ones, which stand for falling below the minimum or reorder level, but not.
: : : Neg. Negative stock
: : Min Minimum stock level
: : : Report. Reorder point
: : Max Maximum stock
reloading time x Here you can specify the time up to which undercutting is to be evaluated. The benchmark is the replenishment time multiplied by a factor. The factor can be entered here and is preset to 2.
